Wellness Overview

Athletics and Wellness are an integral part of Codman Academy's holistic educational program. All students participate in the Wellness program through classes, membership on an athletic team, or completing Wellness independent study credit elsewhere. Classes and athletic practices meet in the early morning and/or late afternoon. Classes and sports change with the trimester and/or season and are graded according to the Wellness/Saturday class rubric. Codman Academy's Wellness program recently received the Gold-Level Massachusetts School Wellness Award in recognition of the school's investment in the areas of health and wellness.
